Angela Ferrara
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor Associate (LMHCA) providing psychotherapy to individuals, couples, children, and adolescents. I have a Masters degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology.
I’m influenced by relational psychodynamic therapy, which sees transformation and development of the self occurring through the process of the therapeutic relationship and extending outward to your everyday life. I’m also influenced by Jungian depth psychology, Internal Family Systems, the Enneagram, and psychologies of liberation, being mindful of systemic and social justice issues in the way I approach therapy. These modalities seek to go beyond simply helping you cope with the issues that you’re facing by doing the deeper internal work that will allow you to live fully alive.
In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors as well as spending time with friends. I love living in the PNW and am grateful to call Seattle home.
